The Epson M2140 features PrecisionCore™ print head technology with a nozzle configuration of 400 nozzles for black ink. The flatbed scanner offers 12 seconds for monochrome scanning and 27 seconds for colour scanning (both at 200 dpi), ideal for low-to-medium-volume scanning tasks. The scanner supports a range of output formats, including BMP, JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and PNG. With its automatic duplex scanning, the M2140 efficiently handles double-sided documents.

Paper Handling

Designed to accommodate typical office needs, the M2140 has a 250-sheet paper tray and a 100-sheet output tray, making it suitable for medium-volume print jobs. It supports a variety of paper sizes, including A4 and Legal. The printer also features a rear paper path for handling specialty media, giving users flexibility in paper handling. Additionally, the M2140 supports automatic duplex printing on A4, plain paper, saving time and paper in a busy office setting.

Connectivity
