Printing Technology

The Epson L1800 A3 Printer uses On-demand Inkjet (Piezoelectric) technology, providing sharp, accurate prints at a maximum resolution of 5760 x 1440 dpi. This advanced resolution ensures rich, vibrant color reproduction and fine details, ideal for both high-quality photos and sharp text documents. The printer employs Variable-Sized Droplet Technology, which ensures precise ink placement for each print job, optimizing quality while reducing ink wastage.

Print Speed

The L1800 is capable of printing at speeds of up to 15 pages per minute (ppm) for both black and color documents in draft mode. For photo printing, it achieves approximately 45 seconds per 10x15cm (4×6″) photo, making it an efficient choice for high-volume photo printing. With bi-directional and uni-directional printing, it enhances overall speed and quality while maintaining precision.

Paper Handling

This printer features a single paper tray with a capacity of up to 100 sheets of A4 plain paper and up to 30 sheets of premium glossy photo paper, ensuring reliable paper handling for a variety of print jobs. For photo printing, each color has a yield of 1,500 4R photos. The T673 series ink cartridges (T6731 for black and T6732-36 for the color inks) are designed to deliver consistent and reliable print performance, especially for large-format and high-volume printing.
